Program Highlights:

  • A two-stage graduate program, combining challenging coursework and early individual research
  • Earn a Master of Science (MSc) specialized in economic research
  • Continue to a three-year dissertation phase leading to a Doctoral Degree (PhD equivalent)
  • We welcome outstanding students with bachelor’s or master’s degrees in economics or related fields.

Scholarships: Grants are available to all successful applicants.

Global Opportunities: BGSE conducts all activities in English and provides students with office space, funds for conference participation, and research opportunities abroad.

Faculty Excellence: Benefit from an excellent faculty and collaborative research activities. Advanced students can join research units such as the ECONtribute Markets & Public Policy Cluster and the Collaborative Research Center on Economic Perspectives on Societal Challenges.
