The publication “Studying in Germany – a Family Tradition” is a collection of success stories that span the generations and reflect the bilateral friendship between Vietnam and Germany. Representing several generations of graduates, alumni and their children – whose lives and careers are closely interconnected with Germany – speak about their experiences in 12 illustrated interviews. Photographer Natascha Senftleben has captured the faces and stories of the protagonists in atmospheric images. The publication can be downloaded here [PDF 12.50 MB] or can be obtained from the DAAD Regional Office in Hanoi or the Information Centre in Ho Chi Minh City.
Information on degree courses, types of higher education institution, applications, costs, visas, student life, medical care, money, leisure time, environmental protection, safety and more can be found in the brochure: “Destination Germany – a Pocket Guide for International Students“.
